Many things are important for a soccer player to train in order to become the best. In todays weight exercise, we are following Atlanta United's, Heath Martin, in a weight circuit he uses to become more explosive. You may not know it, but you use explosive movements all throughout a soccer game, whether that be exploding off one leg to get to the ball first, or even jumping off both legs to win a header. This aspect of the game is an important part of becoming a great soccer player. In this workout, we focus on making all parts of our legs more powerful.
